The number one mistake entrepreneurs make when starting a business is not having a written business plan. Having a written set of instructions to guide you is critical, and the research behind the plan allows you to identify hurdles as well as opportunities before you launch. Already have a business? A business plan is key when you want to grow your business too.
A well written business plan takes time, patience, and research. Why struggle needlessly when this course can walk you step by step through the process; whether you are contemplating a startup, growing a business or looking for financing.
