Whether just starting out in your career or well established in your career, LDS Employment Resource Services (ERS) can help you accomplish your career goals. The employment center offers one-on-one coaching, workshops and a large database of employment, education and self-employment opportunities. By visiting the center you learn the most effective job search practices, build your network and find resources to help you further your education or manage a successful small-business.

We recommend that you log-in and begin creating your profile on ldsjobs.org prior to visiting the employment center. Even if an employment center is not close enough for you to visit, ldsjobs.org offers many online resources. If you desire, an employment advisor can also provide assistance over the telephone or through e-mail.

Recruiters from VIVINT will be here interviewing for the following positions: ACCOUNT CREATION REPRESENTATIVE / DATA ENTRY - (Lindon) Account Creation Reps answer inbound calls from Vivint Sales Reps and Technicians to create customer accounts, ensure installation quality, and assist in any needed adjustments on existing customer accounts. CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE / TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE - (Lindon) In a very comfortable call center environment, Vivint’s Customer Care Reps answer inbound calls from Vivint customers across the country and help them understand/troubleshoot their home security and home automation systems over the phone. CUSTOMER LOYALTY REPRESENTATIVE (RETENTION) - (Lindon) Customer Loyalty Rep’s responsibility is to help educate and maintain our current customers. A customer oriented focus is necessary in order to preserve long term customer satisfaction. Critical thinking and problem solving are vital in assessing the needs of Vivint’s customers and providing the appropriate solution to their needs.
