Non-profits must have a fundamental understanding of the “new” economy and its implications for fundraising, which can be positively and profoundly beneficial for your organization.

In the first half of this workshop, your instructor shares strategies for creating a resilient fund-raising program, including practical strategies for both short- and long-term sustainability. The workshop offers sound advice for how to effectively establish an individual donor base, while also enlisting time management techniques and embracing generational change. You will learn how to identify potential funding sources and foster strategic partnerships in an attempt to provide outstanding stewardship.

Given the inevitable role of technology across all aspects of business, the second half of the workshop outlines a proven plan for leveraging smart technology for networking, marketing, communication, and social needs.
