Atlanta Georgia Self-Reliance Services

Staying focused on the highest priorities is a challenging requirement in the modern-day workplace. Technologies intended to liberate us and our time often instead provide a greater flood of information, clutter, and 24-hour accessibility of and by our colleagues.
Led by certified FranklinCovey trainer Maria Walden Sullivan, Time Management will provide learners with a framework to consciously discern the important from the less and not important, and the planning systems that will keep you focused and feeling accomplished at the end of every day.
By the end of this course, you will be able to…
- Identify key differentiators between the important and the not important.
- Define what success looks like in balancing work and life priorities.
- Implement planning processes to identify, schedule, and execute on high-impact activities.
This course is appropriate for all nonprofit professionals.
