We want to share encouragement, inspiration, education,entertainment, and more. Writing is a way authors and readers connect. If abook’s message is strong enough and is shared by many, it can createchange. 

 

For business people, a book is a way to share expertise.It is a format that potential clients can study, read, and learn from anexpert. It can even be a way to prime a client before they embark on hiring fora specialty.

Nicole Antoinette will be presenting a series ofworkshops about how to write, publish and market a book. Offering books is agreat way for entrepreneurs to share their knowledge as a subject matter expertas well as provide solutions to their target audience.

 

Participants will:

Understand how to turn existing experience and skillsinto a book

Brainstorm and organize ideas for a book to promote abusiness

Learn the anatomy of a book to effectively write amanuscript

Gain knowledge on how to write

Draft an outline for a book, book title, and bookdescription

Review the players involved in publishing a book

Understand the difference between traditional publishingand self-publishing

Learn the book production process vs publishing process

Identify important aspects of creating an effective bookplan to market a book

Develop a one-page marketing plan to market

Develop the main point of a book and turn it into amessage
